Job Description
* Define and execute a global strategy for assigned GAM’s / KAM’s
* Take responsibility for business development, cultivating relationships within GAM’s, defining new growth opportunities
* Drive continuous growth with GAM’s and ensure business objectives/strategies are met
* Lead global contract negotiations with allocated GAM’s / KAM’s
* Interlink with other global account and regional sales teams as well as technical departments to transfer customer potentials into business
* Analyze market, steer, capture and configure trends
* Transfer market feedback back into the organization
* Define and drive product launches incl. product trainings
* Strive for highest customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Degree in Economics (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is an advantage)
* 8+ years of experience in international sales / Key account management (B2B or/and B2C)
* solid technical and product knowledge (adhesives & sealants, packaging etc.)
* strong analytical capability
* strong negotiation & contract skills
* knowhow in pricing strategies, distribution
* strong communication & intercultural skills
* very strong customer focus/mindset
* solid financial understanding
* high flexibility and open-mindedness
* Advanced in MS Office
* Strong SAP, CRM skills (preferably in Salesforce)
* English and German - business fluent level
