Job description
Watch Procurement:
1. Production Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with partners and suppliers to define production plans for watch heads and components to ensure timely deliveries in the right quantity and quality.
2. Load Capacity Management: Monitor and manage the load capacity to ensure feasibility over the short and medium term. Adjust schedules as needed.
3. Follow-Up & Monitoring: Track daily and weekly progress to ensure compliance with production plans. Implement corrective actions and reprioritize tasks when necessary.
4. Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate launch plans and timings to relevant departments, including Product, Sales, e-Commerce, Distribution, Logistics, and Warehouses.
5. Collection Replenishment: Ensure timely replenishment for both Core and Special collections.
6. New Collection Coordination: Work with the Development team to monitor and ensure timely production releases of new collections.
7. Support & Backup: Assist the team leader and provide coverage in their absence.
8. Reports: Provide regular KPI reports and analysis to monitor performance and ensure targets are being met.
Retail Procurement:
1. Full Purchase Process Coordination:
1. Manage quotation requests, cost analysis, and cost comparison.
2. Handle order requests and ensure timely follow-up on SAP orders and deliveries.
3. Monitor suppliers' stock levels and ensure proper replenishment.
4. Track ongoing projects, claims, and development progress with suppliers, Retail Environment Design, and Distribution teams.
