Would you like working in the exciting field of debt and equity capital markets? Do you love to manage multiple transactions and thrive in a busy environment? Would you like to be part of our successful team?
We are looking for someone who wants to become a transaction manager for capital market transactions in Switzerland to:
1. work in a highly professional and collaborative position in an ever changing environment where you will be responsible for the documentation and execution of various debt and equity capital transactions for Swiss domestic and foreign companies;
2. provide market-technical, regulatory support and advisory services for all above-mentioned products to internal clients as well as to external clients (issuers);
3. work in close cooperation with issuers, legal advisors (internal and external), regulatory boards, clearing and settlement organizations as well as origination teams;
4. coordinate with all parties involved in the various tasks, which might arise throughout the lifetime of debt and equity transactions.
We are looking for a transaction manager with:
1. strong interest in transaction-related teamwork in direct contact with internal and external decision-makers, both in Switzerland and in the international environment;
2. the ability to drive and coordinate multiple transactions, manage high workload, coupled with high self-organization skills;
3. ability to create partnerships by increasing depth and breadth of existing client relationships;
4. willingness to embark on the endeavor to become a specialist in the field of capital markets transactions – you will have the full support of the team on this journey.
Your team
You'll be part of the transaction management team within IB responsible for the execution of debt and equity transactions, working in close cooperation with our legal specialists to provide high-quality and tailor-made solutions to our corporate clients.
Your expertise
1. Experience in the banking industry;
2. Sound knowledge of securities and finance business;
3. Exact working methods as well as networked thinking and acting;
4. High degree of flexibility (intellectually/time) and high degree of ability to work under pressure;
5. Excellent team player attitude;
6. Fluent in German and English;
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
