As a Sales Manager, you will drive business growth within the Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) sector for drug products. This role requires a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, business development, and client relationship management with fluency in English.

This is a key position that will identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, focusing on developing our drug product business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
* Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Proven experience in sales/business development within a CDMO or pharmaceutical environment.
* A good network in Europe within the Pharmaceutical outsourcing community.
* A strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and supply chain dynamics.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Fluency in English is a must, ideally additionally German and/or French.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time role with regular travel expected up to 50% of the time for client meetings and industry events within Europe.
