Job Title: AV Meeting Room/IT Support – (German Mandatory)
Job Role:
An onsite supporter is responsible for resolving software and hardware related issues onsite - related to laptops, iPhones and other devices. Additionally, they provide support in our Interact Studio, assisting with software and hardware concerns as well as distributing tickets to the appropriate resolver group. Supporters play a vital role in delivering and setting up new hardware. Their responsibility is also to replace end-of-life devices, such as laptops and iPhones. Other duties include replacing toners, troubleshooting minor printer problems and coordinating project rollouts. Some might also be required to deputize in various roles and assist with transportation. Ticket administration is also a key aspect of this position.
Job Tasks:
* IT onboarding for new joiners
* Solving hard- & software incidents
* Installation & configuration of hard- & software
* Ticket handling in ServiceNow
* Printer support
* Mobility support (iPhone & iPad)
* Rollout projects
* General support in the Walk-In studio
Job Skills:
* Knowledge in Windows 7-11 and iOS
* Proficiency in troubleshooting hard- and software
* Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
* Experience in configuring and supporting Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
* Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and OneDrive
* Experience in handling tickets in a ticketing system
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Communication in English and German
