Job Description
Conduct high-impact data analyses, delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
Identify and quantify opportunities for growth and optimization from data, such as increasing adoption, enhancing user engagement, reducing churn, or improving performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive implementation
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Analysts on OKR-driven initiatives, refining business and product requirements while providing data-driven analysis and performance tracking
Design, develop, and maintain business and product dashboards, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility to empower teams with self-service insights and facilitate strategic decision-making
Leverage advanced statistical analysis to assess past product and business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and provide stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in data analytics, data storytelling, and visualization, with a proven track record of effectively presenting insights to senior stakeholders
Strong business acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and derive strategic business recommendations
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau, with a strong grasp of data extraction, transformation (e.g. Polars, DuckDB, Pandas) and visualization techniques
Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks
Ability to quickly onboard and understand our business model, including how various events and transactions are captured in our data structures
Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or classifieds platforms is a plus
Fluent in English ; proficiency in German or French is a plus
