Attend business meetings and advise the business with a meta-view of the standard processes in SAP PM. Support RE4 management and business owners in the analysis, design, and further development of SAP EAM-APM and PPM-PS solutions. Work in the areas of Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), Project System (PS), and Asset Performance Management (APM). Analyze and design business processes as well as their technical implementation. Collaborate closely with business representatives and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and high quality of solutions. Clarify professional, technical, and architectural requirements and document the results. Mandatory Criteria Several years of experience as SAP EAM and PPM/PS (R/3 and S/4) consultant/engineer. Strong knowledge of the standard processes in SAP EAM and PPM/PS. Experience working within agile teams and according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking. Excellent communication and cooperation skills with a willingness to share knowledge with a wide range of stakeholders. Target Criteria Ideally experience with the SAP add-on Cobalt. Experience in agile project methods (SCRUM, SAFe) and comfort in a constantly changing environment.
