* Ensuring an authentic and contemporary food offer in consideration of the seasonal products of the original country and creating the menu in collaboration with the Culinary Director and other Asian Chefs.
* Creating new Indian dishes and specialties.
* Preparation of Asian cuisine as well as the handling of products, production, and cooking techniques from Asia.
* Cooking in the open show kitchen in front of guests.
Your profile
* Education as Indian Chef in an Asian country, excellent knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Flexibility to adapt traditional recipes to modern culinary trends.
