We're looking for a motivated, team-oriented, and proactive individual for the permanent position as Quality Manager (m/f/d) at our Swiss Entity in Dagmersellen.
About the Position
The Quality Manager will lead a dedicated team, drive IWS, and play a crucial role in our factory management.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of direct and indirect reports, employing servant leadership to empower and coach them towards achieving factory and GSC MGSM objectives.
* Become an owner of Quality Pillar which effectively identifies and validates quality conditions for consistent good product quality and operations stability.
* Oversee the quality of all semi-finished and finished goods, ensuring correct specifications, controlling incoming materials, and performing quality measurements across all processes in collaboration with global functions.
* Manage quality key performance indicators, plan targets as part of the annual strategic planning process, and implement programs to achieve them.
* Maintain the Quality Information Management System (QIMS) and lead quality-related training for the entire factory staff.
* Handle consumer and customer complaints, implementing effective countermeasures.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and integrated management systems for the Swiss site.
* Adhere to standards such as FSC, CP, 5S3R, and manage corresponding audits.
* Act as an internal auditor for all ISO standards, the 5S3R, Contamination Prevention program, FSC, and manage the Infestation Management Program (tobacco beetle infestation).
* Lead and drive continuous improvement programs using modern methodologies.
About the Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with a degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field, who has sound knowledge and extensive experience in Quality Management.
